Whistleblower protection
Notification of possible illegal conduct in AUTOCONT a.s. within the meaning of Act No. 171/2023 Coll, On the protection of whistleblowers (hereinafter referred to as the "ZOO") may be made by a person who, in connection with his/her work or other similar activity, has become aware of an unlawful act of AUTOCONT a.s., with registered office at Hornopolní 3322/34, Moravská Ostrava, 702 00 Ostrava, ID No.: 04308697, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in Ostrava under No. B11012.
The person authorised to receive notifications is Mr. Luboš Papcún, Compliance Officer and Mr. Martin Roubíček, Attorney at Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Competent Persons").
